ABOUT
Crescent Bank was seeking a big transformation - switching payment providers, revamping their customer portal, and launching their first-ever mobile app.
The main focus, however, was the mobile app, with the goal to empower their customers to self-serve, lessening the need for support calls.
Crescent customers received a mobile experience that provided the ability to make payments, set recurring ones, and manage their digital wallet, at the touch of their finger.
This project led to building future projects and highlighting the value of UX within Crescent Bank.
